Don’t stand pain(part1)

Feeling of physical pain serves as an alarm to our human body. If we ignored it, this might become worst.
For example, I accidentally injured my right shoulder last fifth of August. At that time, I trained capoeira and I also tried a new technique which Tesoura; it sandwich to another person’s both legs between own both legs, after that pull down the person.

I’m not good at that way. Actually, I made mistake. while I was performning Tesoura and trying to kick using my legs, it was accidentally slipped to other person’s legs which caused me to fall on the floor and I used my right hand to touch the floor which my weight. Hence, it caused my right shoulder to get injured. Indeed, it was really painful experience. All the while I thought I’m just alright; but that pain is still there. So, I decided to consult a friend who is a physical therapist. I asked him, “What should I do? Will I get better naturally?” He replied, ”It might be difficult. I would suggest you have to consult and osteopathic.”

I decided to go to a clinic after I could stand pain about 1 month. At first I searched internet where is near the station of my office. There are many osteopathic clinics. I compared that the place, price, person and opening time. I selected one have the good their own website that included many information for a beginner.

I’m not good at that way. Actually, I made mistake. I slipped sweat and fell down the floor into my right shoulder. It was painful. I thought it will be better soon. but it was not correct. I had been dwelled on what I should do treat my shoulder pain since last month. I barely asked friend who is physical therapist. “What should I do? I will get better naturally?””It might be difficult. You should go an osteopathic clinic.”

So I decided to go to a clinic. At first I searched internet where is near the station of my office. There are many osteopathic clinics. I compared that the place, price, person and opening time. I selected one have the good their own website that included many information for a beginner.
