Everybody knows that, but only a few people actually do it. Unfortunately, I was one of those people who didn’t follow a proper diet. I learned about proper nutrition from books because my health and mood were not so good when I was single in college. However, I could hardly control my appetite for sweets, chocolates, potato chips, etc… I ate a lot. Maybe I didn’t have enough self control. After that, I usually vomited after a meal because I didn’t want to gain weight. I didn’t get fat, but my skin condition was always bad. I was tired and sometimes felt apathetic. My bad habit was continued when I started a new job. How or why did I stop this bad habit? I got into a relationship. It was very good for my health until we broke up.

I learned knowledge of nutrition from books because my health and mood were not so good when I started single life a college student. However, I could hardly control my appetite for sweets; chocolates, potato chips, etc… I ate a lot. After that, I was vomited because I didn’t want to gain weight.
