One of the capoeira techniques is doing a head stand. It is my favorite because I’m good at it. It can easily be done if I set my hands and head in the correct position. This technique uses a combination of kicks and moves. I trained by myself recently because doing it smoothly was difficult. As a result, I’m getting better than before. One day, I found something white stuck between the hair on top of the head.
I wondered what it was. It’s was like a big flake of dandruff, about 1.5 square cm. My scalp peeled off, but it didn’t hurt. The flake’s shape was funny because I could see several holes where the hair passed through. My trainer said everyone experiences it if they frequently do head stands. My scalp is getting strong!

This technique uses a combination of kick and move. I did voluntary training it recently because the smooth connection was difficult. In the result, I’m getting more better than before. One day, I found something white dust twined around my hair on top of the head. I wonder what was that? It’s like big dandruff, about 1.5 square cm. My head skin was peeled, but it didn’t feel pain. The peeled head skin’s figure is funny. because I can see several holes at head pores. My trainer said everyone had same if they tried to head stand often. My head skin is getting strong!
