I’m keeping track of my sleep times and amount of sleep I get.
On average, I sleep for about 5 and a half hours.
but if I sleep more (e.g.,7 or 8 hours) I become younger than the previous day.

The wrinkles around my mouth and eyes become less pronouced.
In addition, I noticed that I can easily memorize things and I am able to quickly respond in my secondary language

It’s amazingly effectiveness.

I don’t need to use expensive cosmetics.
I don’t need to learn how to memorize.

Sleeping a long time is the more important thing.
Actually, I thik its true.

But I often do overtime and I also have many things to do on weekdays.
I have to decide what is more important to me.
In the future, do I continue the life of forgetfulness and making many deep wrinkles?

I should decide what is the most important thing.
