Everything is useful to mental training. I noticed a good way of mental training that I have started since 17th April 2017. It is a way of nourishing my gray hair. Most women don’t agree to allowing their hair to turn gray. If someone does allow it to happen, it is recognized that the person has neglected to keep themselves young and beautiful. Japanese commonly think that being young is more valuable than being elderly. Women in particular are subjected to strict stereotypes of beauty.
I know that kind of thought often brings suffering to middle-aged women. Sometimes I find it difficult to accept my real age. However, I want to break that cycle. I don’t want to resist my age, and I want to accept my declining years calmly. Protecting my gray hair is the best training for me. Declining years seems too strong since you are just in your 40’s.
I don’t want to resist my age, and I want to accept aging gracefully probably.

There is much mental training. Fasting, Dieting, stop smoking, stop drinking, nourish dog or cat, start to jogging, writing blog…Everything is useful to mental training. If someone does it, it is recognized that the person neglected to keep young and beautiful. Japanese common evaluation is that younger is more valuable than elderly. Especially women have strict stereo type beauty value criteria. I know that kind of thought often brings suffering for middle aged ladies. Sometimes I feel difficulties to accept my real age recently. However, I want to break that. I don’t want to resist my age, and I want to accept my declining years calmly. Nourish my gray hair is the best training for me.

Words to practice: nourish, nod, neglect.
Review: In Japanese ”育てる” (sodateru)is include several meanings. eg. breed、multiply、grow、develop、educate、prepare、train、foster、nurture、nourish.
So I misunderstood.
