I take 3 dietary supplements every day. There are omega3, chromium picolinate, and propolis. I checked the ingredients of supplements. I selected the reliable supplement’s companies that were officially announced every ingredient on their websites. It’s important that I have to learn about what supplements are useful for my health.
I have read a book about what are nutrients needed for healthy body. The author wrote some nutrients, it is not enough even if I eat regular meals, so some supplements are effective. In my opinion, if people have right knowledge for the nutrition, it’s no problem. Every supplements is not bad. The problem is the blindly believing in TV commercial. Don’t be deceived by a rumor which has no proof .
