I used to say I understand myself. Is still it true? I’m starting to doubt that because I recently overestimated myself and I didn’t (2)look ahead. I visited a Zen temple to attend a sitting meditation class on Sunday. I did Capoeira exercise in the morning and went to the zen temple after. It was an extremely hot day. I had little bit of a headache. but I didn’t (3-1)look at the pain seriously because I thought It was caused due to me sleeping too much on Saturday.
I visited 2 famous temples and 1 cafe in Kamakura. I enjoyed both but I had a headache while I doing so. When I was sitting in the train on my way back home, I immediately fell asleep. I arrived home, and measured body temperature. It was 38 degrees. If I find an interesting thing, I’ll fascinate and tend to (3-4)look at all the details. As a result, I sometimes forgot to (1)look after my health.
