I don’t know the reason but I always want to listen to the same song after work these days.
Maybe my tiredness (1-3)calls for the song. It eases most of my exhaustion when I listen to it. It makes me feel like I don’t need to (2-2)call in my friends’ or siblings’ houses and ask for help. Music just does it for me! It is actually rare for me to call anybody. Maybe it’s waste of time.
Some people complain that their life is unlucky or that somebody hit them (4)below the belt. However, the person doesn’t need to (3)call in on a therapist on his way home from work in the evening. He only needs to find suitable music at a suitable time.
My favorite vocalist Jonathan Davis said,
“You know that feeling when you’re alone in your room, you feel bad and nothing around you seems to be going well then suddenly when you turn on your radio, you are immediately ‘deep in the music’. That’s exactly the subject of ‘Twisted Transistor’ with the lyrics: ‘A lonely life where no one understands you but don’t give up because the music do’. ”
There is an old monochrome photo of myself with a radio when I was a baby. My mother said that I listened to radio silently when I was baby. Now I don’t call for twist the transistor. That sounds like a nostalgic and bygone era. I just download or stream music on my tablet but the power of music is same.
