I attended the capoeira training class for the first time in 8 months. It brought muscle pain in my back and blood blisters on my soles the next day. The trainer and members knew I had lost my motivation but they didn’t (2)bring up it up to me so I didn’t feel an uncomfortable and any pressure from strangers so much. Although I felt myself being (4)behind the times when I couldn’t catch up with the movement of the other members. In the past 8 months I’ve been continually training myself but it did not help in (3)brushing up my Capoeira skills. I felt a little disappointed but I feel completely calm because my aim isn’t competing against anybody. A quiet feeling (1)brought about the recognition of the difference between my subconscious and reality. The passion was gone, unfortunately. (or, should I say fortunately?) My loss of motivation in capoeira (5)broke out last spring without notice. It was uncanny and unpredictable for me, so I struggled with it first, but I finally gave up resisting the change. However, I’d like to continue doing it once a month in order to stay in shape physically and mentally.

Title: The training that I don’t compare anybody

I took the training class of Capoeira for the first time in 8 months. It brought a muscle pain of my back, blood blister in my soles of foots next day. The trainer and members knew my lost motivation but they didn’t (2)bring up it to me. So I didn’t feel an uncomfortable atmosphere and pressure of stranger so much. Although I felt myself (4)behind the times when I couldn’t catch up the similar movement with members. Among 8 months I’ve been continuing training myself but it did not help to (3)brush up on my Capoeira skills. I disappointed a little but my feeling is completely calm because my aim isn’t against somebody. A quiet feeling (1)brought about recognition of difference the conscious and reality of myself. The passion was gone, unfortunately. (or, it may be, fortunately?) My lost motivation of Capoeira (5)broke out last spring without notice. It was uncanny and unpredictable for me, so I struggled about it first. but I finally gave up to resist the change. However, I’d like to continue it once a month in order to keep good health and brain condition if it possible.

(e.g.”The arrival of electricity in rural areas brought about a huge change.”
(2)bring up:

(e.g. “She stopped working for a few years in order to bring up her children.”
(2-2)Mention something.
(e.g.”His friends knew he had lost his job but they decided not to bring up the subject.”
(3)brush up on: Improve; refresh one’s knowledge of something.
(e.g. “Mary decided to brush up on her Spanish before going to South America.”
(4)behind the times: A person who is behind the times has old-fashioned ideas and does not keep up with modern life in general.
(e.g. Jane doesn’t have a mobile phone. She’s completely behind the times.
(5)break out: Start suddenly or erupt.
(e.g. “Rioting broke out as a result of the strike.”
(e.g. “He was in such a nervous state that sweat started to break out on his forehead.”
