I was jogging around the imperial palace in Tokyo with my friend at Wednesday night. It was comfortable night because the cool wind was blowing on the water of moat around the imperial palace. You can see many people jogging around the place after work. Its a famous jogging spot in Tokyo.
Why do many people actively engage themselves in jogging? well, Jogging is an effective way to train another kind of muscle which is different with capoeira which I used to do several years ago. However, I changed job and house locaction, my habit was not sustained. I really regret that, but it’s difficult to continue. Some of my Friends recommended me to attend a competition of marathon. But that’s not what I want to do.
For me, Jogging is like a meditation while listening my favorite music. It relieves myself from stress and pressures from work. Well, At first it may be difficult because I need to catch a breath and keep my pace in jogging. But with my persistence and hardwork, I know I can regain my good habit again which is JOGGING!
