I had some health troubles to use my PC.
For instance, back ache, unexpected long time net searching, and sleeplessness, etc.
I could not find the solutions fundamentally.
But finally, I might be found that.
The solution is to use the standing desk.
I changed my desk style today.
Until yesterday I had used laptop to sit in the chair.
However, now I’m standing for use my PC while I writing this.
Because I had read an article written by my respected person’s recommendation in this morning.
So I had moved 2 shelves of the PC desk.
Top shelve took away. The second shelve was setting on reverse, and screwed.
At first, I wanted to buy new desk, but it was an unnecessarily now.
I will try to continue this standing style in May.
