Everybody (4)feels a little bit blue sometime in their lives. However, It’s different if it happens frequently and for no apparent reason. In that case, You shouldn’t (2)hold off researching on your own why you feel so. There are several reasons. It may be from lack of exercise, malnutrition or sleep deprivation. It may be a sign which is a symptom of another illness. Nowadays, I doubt that some digital devices bring about addiction and that it causes depression because as I had read from the internet, one of the articles (1)hit upon the causes of these symptoms. I can see many people (3)holding on to their smartphone in the train and train stations. The seemed as if they couldn’t (2)hold off checking on or gaming on their devices until they get somewhere. I’m also one of them. I had no doubt when I was young because I just enjoyed the digital world for the first time. However, I got old and noticed my lack of concentration and felt blue more often. So, I tried to do a one-day digital fast. It’s not so difficult but the effect is huge. I felt I got my concentration back even only for day. If you feel distracted by digital devices in your daily life, it’s worthy to try doing digital fasting.

I can see many people (3-2)hold on their smartphone on the commuting train and station. At least they couldn’t (2)hold off checking or gaming it until arrive somewhere. I also one of them. I had no doubt when I was younger because I just enjoyed the digital world. However, I got old and felt lack of concentration and feel blue more often. Thus, I did one-day digital fasting. It’s only one day. It’s not so difficult but the effect is not small. I felt I got concentration back even only the day. If you feel a lot of distraction about digital devices in your daily life, it’s worthy to try that digital fasting.
