When I proposed to my boss that we (2)take on extra staff, I had (4) butterflies in my stomach because it’s not easy to get a win from him. He is the type who wants to check every kind of job in our company. In his opinion, if I cannot manage every one my jobs, he will consider (2)taking on somebody. However, he didn’t recognize it’s me who needs some help after he (1.2)took in the details of my job. He thinks that hiring new people is waste of time and money. I thought that our company needs to focus on other new services if we were improve and get more benefits. If a new coworker joins us, I can pass all my jobs to them and I can try new things. Unfortunately, it did not come true because I gave up on discussing the topic with him. I searched and found a new job. I turned in my resignation letter. I will (3.1)take to my new environment immediately. I don’t want to dependent to a company if it is not suitable for me.
