Catching the Real Signs of Hunger

Hunger is (4)a blessing in disguise. The craving to eat is an instinct of animals. If we can’t recognize hunger, we will die. However, a human must (1)factor in the bad effects of advertisements nowadays. People living in developed countries especially need to resist the temptation to eat sugary, oily, and less nutritious food. This situation distorts our healthy instincts. We sometimes eat even though we don’t fell hungry when we see snacks: ice cream, chocolates, potato chips etc. When I was younger, I realized a strange thing. I still wanted to eat more even if I’ve eaten a lot of sweets. Those foods stimulated my appetite for sweets but my healthy appetite (2)fell apart. My insulin and blood sugar level got high and I couldn’t resist. I was scared of my abnormal appetite and search information to help myself. I was lucky to have some information to (3)fall back on because I now can distinguish good hunger from bad the one.
