I’ve been renting a furnished apartment for a long time. I have been renting for more than 5 years, so I can change the electrical appliances to new ones free of charge; the fridge, washing machine, TV and micro wave oven. However, they said its not allowed to change just one appliance, If I want to change anything, I have to change all of them. I have to stay at home today because the delivery man will come in the afternoon. There are some downsides about this apartment. For example the walls are thin, sometimes I can hear noises from my neighbor at midnight. but I’m almost satisfied with its high cost-effectiveness.
My apartment comes with Wifi, furniture and a bicycle parking space with a roof. Actually I’m looking for another apartment, but I haven’t found one that fits my requirements.

but I didn’t notice the fine print. The freezer space is bigger than before but the refrigerator space is smaller.

There are some weak points in this apartment. For example the wall is thin, sometimes noisy from neighbor in the midnight, etc… but I’m almost satisfied that high cost-effectiveness; included Wi-Fi, furnished, parking space of bike with the roof.
Actually I’m searching another apartments, but I can’t find it which is the best fit to my requirements yet.
