I watched the second episode of the first season of the British TV drama series “Mrs.Willson.” When I started watching it I expected it would not be so interesting. However, it’s an addictive one.
The protagonist Alison Willson has a normal life as a wife and mother and is completely satisfied with her peaceful life until her husband suddenly passes away.
When she was younger, her cool and intelligent boss (1)caught her eye. They got married, or at least Alison thought they were, but it wasn’t legal because her husband was already married to another woman. She got learned of the fact after his death from the legal wife’s son. Alice tried to forge divorce documents, but was (2)caught red-handed by the son.

However, she had new suspicions that her husband had more than one other wife and children. In his funeral, some ladies who she didn’t know came to the funeral service. She started to investigate the truth about her husband. Her senior warned Alice that she should stop digging up the past because her actions will just bring more misery.
But she was blind with jealousy and doubts about her husband, pushing her to know the truth. It’s the reason that she will be (3)caught in the crossfire between several other Mrs.Willsons. If I were her, I would not investigate his past. I will just cherish our good memories and take care of our children. But she still strongly loves and depends on him. The strong emotion often maddens people. It is scary for me to lose my better judgment.
