Title: Digital Journalism is helpful for version up in new world.
Digital Journalism progress has a lot of things affecting traditional Journalism. Especially, a restraint power to traditional media is a huge effect. Nowadays, many people use a social media; Facebook, Twitter, and their own blog. If traditional media’s information is wrong or something strange, common people write it in their own words immediately. That’s not small ability anymore. It prevents to runaway of the traditional Journalism. Hence we can easily get a verification than 20 years ago which didn’t spread digital Journalism.
On the other hand, we should get media literacy. There is much information in our daily life. It includes suspicious or incorrect data. We are living in the world that need to judge what is the right thing. However, the education system is still not enough for learn about media literacy, particularly in Japan. One of the reason is a lack of teacher who has professional knowledge.
Overall, I think Digital Journalism is helpful for version up to higher transparency all over the world. However, We should quickly spread knowledge of the media literacy if we hope to better effect. The most important thing is that education will need to cover everyone who is not depending on age, sex, income, human races.
