Sometimes I want to cry but there is no reason. Some people don’t understand this feeling.
Why do you want to be sad? Why do you want to be cry?

Its one way of relieving stress. Watching comedies has same effect. Sometimes reading sad books or watching sad movies deepens our feelings. I like shedding tears because its effective in changing my mood. It feels like it washes away all the problems.

I have 2 favorite sad stories. Last night, I read one of those books after a long time.
I cried as expected but I spoiled the ending. I wish I could delete my memory that I’ve read that story. If so, I can get an extraordinary impression again. If my tension heightened unexpectedly, I need to calm down myself. I can choose “laugh” or “cry”.

Don’t you like feeling sad? There are 4 types feelings.

Joy
Anger
Sadness
Enjoyable

Even though if I have negative feelings, I would like to analyse my feelings.
