I decided to attend an online book club meeting on Saturday. It will start at 6 am! The time made me hesitate from applying at first however, I came across 3 reasons why I just have to attend it.

Firstly, it’s a good opportunity to learn about the Bible since the group chose it for next month’s assignment. The group enjoys reading classic books not related to any kind of religion. It has been difficult to (3)come by an opportunity to spontaneously read the Old and New Testaments.

Secondly, one of the organizers negotiated to have a professor of history attend the meeting. As a consequence, he will join our us and answer any questions we might have. In my opinion, a lively discussion (2)comes before knowledge.

Finally, It helps to avoid wasting time on the weekends.
Everybody says that “The early bird catches the worm.” (but actually, I want to sleep more on Saturday…)

Anyway, time is limited. I (4)get bent out of shape if I can’t read until the day of the event. I also worry about barking up the wrong tree but I guess I’ll be fine since I downloaded a good app. It will be a huge help reading the long stories. My bible knowledge has (1)come apart, so I’d like to organize it.

Before the Revision

Title: I downloaded Bible app on Android phone.

I decided to attend online book club meeting on Saturday. It will start at 6 am! That is the reason why I hesitated to apply it at First. However, I came across 3 reasons which I just have to attend it.

Firstly, this is the good opportunity to learn Bibles. Because the group chose it for the assignment of next month. The group is just enjoying to read classic books not related any kind of religion. It difficult for me to (3)come by reading about Old Testament books and New Testament books spontaneously.

Secondly, One of the organizers negotiated a professor of history. As a consequence, he joins our meeting and answers if we have a question. In my opinion, A discussion (2)comes before the knowledge.

Finally, It helps to avoid waste of time on the weekends.
Everybody say “The early bird catches the worm.” (but actually, I want to more sleep on Saturday…)

Anyway, time is limited. I (4)get bent out of shape if I can’t read until the day of the event. I also worry about bark up the wrong tree. but I downloaded a good app. It’ll help to read that huge stories. My bible knowledge (1)comes apart, so I’d like to organize it.

homework:
1)come apart: Separate into pieces.
(e.g.)”I need to get my glasses repaired. They came apart when they fell off the table.”
2)come before: Be more important.
(e.g.)”She always says that her family comes before her career.”
3)come by: To get, especially something that is difficult to obtain or find.
(e.g.)”How did you come by such a beautiful location to build your house?”
4)bent out of shape: If you get bent out of shape, you become annoyed or upset about something that is usually not that important or cannot be avoided.
(e.g.)Don’t get bent out of shape if you’re delayed. We’ll wait for you.
