Delicious coffee always (1)chills me out when I’m stressed with work or writing something. I especially need it when I was facing the (2)chill wind of continually writing and editing. There are many cafes around my office, but there are rare ones I’d like to visit again because I don’t like famous name brand cafes. The ambiance doesn’t relax me.
I’m still exploring for a special cafe, even though I found a good one already. Fortunately, I found a tiny, but special cafe that had two cute young female baristas. When I ordered, she asked some questions to help me in selecting the best coffee suitable for me. “Are you a Korean?” “No, I’m Japanese.” “Wow! I visited Shinjuku, Tokyo last year!!” The other barista (3)chimed in on us. “We also went to Hakone!” While talking, she scaled the coffee beans and ground them. That is the freshest and best time to drink coffee, immediately after it is roasted and ground. It is one of my criteria when choosing a cafe — freshly ground coffee beans. (4)Moreover, I can choose from several beans’ selection after I get some advice from the barista. I can try 5 kinds of Philippine coffee: Atok, Mt.Apo, Mt.Matutum, Daguma Range, Mt.Kitanglad.
I already tasted the Atok and Mt.Apo varieties. Both flavors are tasty, especially the aftertaste which was green and citrusy. I got super medicine which I will give me more power in my daily life.

Title: Kapetera Cafe

Delicious coffee always (1)chills me out during stressed work or writing something. Especially I need it when I was facing the (2)chill wind to continue for writing and editing. There are many cafes around my office, but there are rare I’d like to visit it again because I don’t like the famous brand cafe. The ambiance doesn’t make me relax.
I’m exploring a special cafe for me still now, even though I found the one good coffee shop already. Fortunately, I found a tiny but special cafe. We can meet cute 2 female young baristas. When I ordered, she asked some questions to me for selecting the coffee which suitable for me. “Are you a Korean?” “No, I’m Japanese.” “Wow! I visited Tokyo, Shinjuku, last year!!” The other barista (3)chimed in us. “We also went to Hakone!” While talking, she scaled the coffee beans and grained. That is the freshest and best timing to drink a coffee immediately after roasted and grained. It is one of my criteria to choose a cafe which provides fresh coffee beans. (4)Moreover, I can choose from several beans’ selection after I get some advice from a barista. We can try 5 kinds of Philippine coffee origins; Atok, Mt.Apo, Mt.Matutum, Daguma Range, Mt.Ktanglad.
I already tasted Atok and Mt.Apo. Both flavors are tasty, especially the after drinking flavor was green like as citrus. I got super medicine which I will get more power in daily life.
