I found many old letters when I was decluttering my closet. It’s a huge surprise. It includes love letters from my ex-husband or letters where I tried to (2)talk my father out of waste his money. I almost died of embarrassment reading those. I wanted to immediately (3)tear them up. However, (4)by degrees, as I read them one by one, my emotions calmed down.
