Why do they discriminate?

Tokyo Medical University(TMU) (2)owned up that they had been discriminating against female applicants on entrance exams. Why did they do that since 2010? They said that the reason was because many female doctors (1)opt out of their jobs when they get married and get pregnant as well as when giving birth. A female doctor (3)passed on her opinion on Twitter: It’s common. We already knew that discrimination is still alive in the hospital. Thus I studied hard more than my male counterparts.
In 2017, the most famous click company, Google, fired an engineer who discriminated against a female engineer. “Distribution of preferences and abilities of men and women differ in part due to biological causes and that these differences may explain why we don’t see equal representation of women in tech and leadership,” he wrote. I guess it’s not only his problem. If hospitals or governments don’t care about human rights or gender equality, any form of discrimination will easily spread.
There are many men and women who already have vested interests, they don’t want to change the system because if it does it might put them at a disadvantage. They act like an excessively active immune system. They want to remove outsiders to protect themselves. However, this system rigidity will be the ruin of the future.

It occurs like an excessive immune system. They want to remove the outsider for protecting themselves. However, the system of losing flexibility will be ruin near the future.
