I bought a 10 coupon ticket valid for 3 months that entitles me to use the shower & locker room at a place near my office after I go jogging. Ten years ago, I (3)kept on jogging almost every day for a couple of years. However, I couldn’t (1)keep at it because I became a full-time staff from being a temporary employee. At that time, I could enjoy Capoeira 2-3 times of a week. Thus I could maintain my health even after I quit jogging. However, I rarely do capoeira nowadays. I want to (2)keep back the ill effects of not getting enough exercise. Exercise always help and improve one’s daily life. There are many exercises for staying healthy, for example, swimming, cycling, yoga, etc. but which one is a best is still (4)a bone of contention. In my opinion, jogging is the best and most simple because it doesn’t require preparing a swimsuit, a bicycle, a formula of yoga style. The negative side though is that It requires strong willpower. It’s the main reason why I bought the coupon, I know my willpower is weak. Thus, I try to use the effect of “sunk cost bias” and convince myself to keep at it.

Title: effect of “sunk cost bias”
I bought a 10 coupon ticket valid for 3 months which I can use a shower & rocker room near my office after I jogging. 10 years ago, I’ve (3)kept on jogging almost every day for 1-2 years. However, I couldn’t (1)keep at my good habit because I became a full-time staff from a temporary employee. At that time, I could enjoy Capoeira 2-3 times of a week. Thus I could (1)keep at my health even after I quit jogging. But I don’t capoeira frequently nowadays. I want to (2)keep back my muscles. Muscles always help and improve own daily life. There are many exercises for keeping health, for example, swimming, cycling, yoga, etc. but which one is a best is still (4)a bone of contention. In my opinion, jogging is the best and simple ways. Because it doesn’t need to prepare swimsuit, bicycle, a formula of yoga style. The negative side, It needs to strong willpower. The reason that I bought the coupon, I know my willpower is weak. Thus, I try to use the effect of “sunk cost bias”. I hope it will affect me.
