I’ve often believed our nation, society and some knowledgeable people because I had no reason and knowledge to doubt them in the first place. However, after attending a seminar and reading a book, I now have a different viewpoint. Firstly, I couldn’t believe why some people tell a lie. Some politicians especially have weird attitudes. I know that some diplomats try to (1)make up with other countries. They may say that don’t hesitate to (4)break the mold with the idea that a half-truth can (2)make up for other short-comings. In my opinion, It sounds like an excuse. There are many people who easily believe fake authority. There are people who create a fake history for their own profit. If the populace doesn’t have the knowledge about liberal arts and history, it is easy for fake authority deceive them. I bought several books specifically about this topic since they were (3)marked down at a second-hand bookstore. Unfortunately, It takes a lot of time to finish reading them. but, it’s not a problem for me. The value of accurate knowledge of history can never be disregarded.
