I learned an Idealistic daily-meal design from the book written by Yoshio Marumoto who was a nutrition journalist. (2)Egged on by his book, I still manage to maintain my health.(still already implies now)

There is a need to consider the balance of daily or weekly meals as a whole. When I was young I totally misunderstood everything about diets. I wanted to slim down and become beautiful, similar to what many young females imagine. I thought I should have to (1)ease off the calories. I ate oily snacks, fried potatoes, and hamburgers, but didn’t eat rice, miso soup, and traditional Japanese food so much. However, I was definitely wrong. My weight loss plan (3)ended in failure because it wasn’t based on solid knowledge of nutrition. The most important thing is keeping this idealistic balance, not counting calories. An overall evaluation of my meals while I travelled was not so bad. I could control my appetite (almost) and kept healthy while traveling. I sometimes wanted to give a piece of advice about nutrition when I ate some meals with new friends. However, I had to (4)bite my tongue because if I did so, I might be change the cheerful mood into a strict one.
